Birkenstock Soul offers a complete, in-house specialist Birkenstock repair service. So when you invest in a pair of Birkenstocks, you can keep them going and going and going... Most Birkenstocks are made to be repairable and this will prolong the life of your favourite Birkenstock shoes or sandals. We have repair customers who have owned their Birkenstocks for over 20 years! Our repair workshop completes most of the basic repairs within a week. This repair time may be longer for more complex or customised repairs, or if we are required to order special repair materials.
