Sending your shoes to us:
Sending your shoes to us:
- Once you've processed your repair order via our website, either print out your tax invoice or write down your invoice number (starting with "N") on a piece of paper and send inside the parcel with the shoes.
- Our postage address for shoes is PO BOX 114, Blackheath, NSW, 2785. Please address to; Birkenstock Soul Repairs.
- Couriered shoes can be sent to our workshop street address at U6/134 Station St, Blackheath, NSW, 2785.
- The freight charge collected at checkout is purely for the return of your shoes once they've been repaired, and freight costs associated with sending your shoes to us are to be covered by the customer.
- We will contact you if there are any issues with your shoes that need to be discussed.
- Please minimise the amount of packaging used to ship your shoes. Wrapping your shoes in additional plastic bags/ packaging is not necessary.
- We recommend an Australia Post satchel for cost effective delivery.
- Please avoid sending your shoes with accessories (such as carabiners to tie them together, cotton bags, ect.), as we cannot guarantee their return.
